Louis Touchette

Louis will be racing in several diesel truck pulls throughout Indiana and Kentucky this season, including the TS Performance All Diesel Drags (Beech Bend Raceway Park, Bowling Green, KY), the Scheid Diesel Extravaganza (Wabash Valley Fairgrounds, Terre Haute, IN), and the FASS Diesel Nationals (Lucas Oil Raceway, Indianapolis).

"I would like to get a few wins and work all the bugs out of the truck," Louis said regarding his expectations coming into the race season. "This has been a whole new build from top to bottom, so it's hard to say how it's going to act."

Louis will be driving a 1997 Dodge pickup, which started out as a truck just to get him to work and back, but the performance parts and elbow grease Louis has put into it have transformed it into a legit diesel competition truck. He grew up going to truck pulls with his father, and first hooked his truck up to a sled about a year after he bought it. "I've been hooked ever since," he said.
